    As an experienced Chief Risk Officer, I have a solid history of developing, improving, and directing risk management operations within the Banking, Asset Management, and Sovereign Wealth Fund sectors. Boasting over 25 years in the financial services industry, my expertise lies in maneuvering through intricate regulatory environments, spearheading strategic decisions, and enhancing operational effectiveness amidst the systemic pressures of the global financial crisis and the Covid pandemic.

    Throughout my time at Pemberton Asset Management, I led the creation of an extensive risk management framework that covered various jurisdictions and investment approaches. Through the development and execution of an integrated risk framework and the promotion of a risk-aware culture, I effectively reduced regulatory fines and established the firm as a benchmark for global best practices.

    In my capacity as the inaugural Chief Risk Officer at the Public Investment Fund (PIF) of Saudi Arabia, I was instrumental in establishing and leading the risk management division during the early stages of what has become the world's leading Sovereign Wealth Fund. Through the creation of a varied and proficient team, the encouragement of gender diversity, and the enhancement of interdisciplinary cooperation, I empowered PIF to protect its holdings, procure financing, and fulfill its strategic investment goals.

    My tenure at Kleinwort Benson reinforced my proficiency in managing diverse risk areas such as market, credit, operational, and fraud risks. Through the introduction of cutting-edge risk management frameworks and support of organizational transitions, I played a role in enhancing the bank's robustness and strategic development.

    I am currently dedicated to establishing my own business, leveraging my extensive knowledge to assist individuals and other businesses in achieving financial independence. My adherence to a disciplined investment strategy has yielded significant successes.
